The Amazing Spiderman

No Spoilers Alert..Sort Of

So I saw this on Saturday night (yeah I’m so cool I missed two 21st to go see this) in 3D. $60 and 2 and half hours later and it’s easy to say I was impressed. All modern Marvel movies are fucking kickass these days so I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed but I mean I really enjoys this movie. At first I didn’t think Andrew Garfield would make a very good Peter Parker, but after having seen the whole movie I definitely like him better then Toby Macguire..I think it might be a little bit because he does look younger so the 2012 Spiderman being set in High school seems a bit more legit. If that makes sense?

However the leading Female role really didn’t tickle my fancy! Don’t get me wrong i love Emma Stone, I think she is one of the funniest and well liked actresses in this day and age and feel that she’s only going to get bigger in the industry...But she always plays such funny/awesome/sarcastic roles that I feel this one just wasn’t fitting for her (she plays a somewhat goody two shoes, rich, daddy’s girl). So Kirsten Dunst was definitely my favourite out of the two but what ya gawn do?! Any who there are a few things they changed in the movie from the originals which I think actually worked in their favour, giving it a more modern realistic twist. All in all ide say go see this shit ASAP, it’s good! and fork out the extra bones for 3D because apparently it was made for 3D so it should be watched in 3D (according to my best friend, and she was right, sgood) and that’s coming from someone who hates seeing things in 3D because it makes the screen darker, hurts ma eyes, stresses me out hard etc etc etc.. Anyway until the next time I get bored..10 minutes..give or take 5! ☮

Probably/Hopefully not in black (unless you were male..in which case you may have been teased for your shoes being a little gay). Anyway these sandals were so comfortable and cute as a child that around this time last year I couldn’t get them out of my head, but couldn’t find anywhere that sells them.. such a dilemma. Well not for you because I eventually found some and plenty of online shops sell them at the moment ( my indie un-popular sandal choice are now very mainstream & popular..yay :\ ) But this is the place that I found them: http://meduseshoes.pagesperso-orange.fr/sun_jelly_sandals.htm. They have literally every colour, transparent & non-transparent, glitter & non-glitter. It's great.. well not really now because its winter here in Australia, but they’re still cute if you don’t mind your toes freezing. ANYWAY I got the black ones because black goes with everything. I originally wanted silver glitter in the clear ones but haven’t got a pair yet because I’m lazy and don’t want to spend my money on a pair of shoes I already have in another colour but I’m sure when summer rolls back around I will grab some. Shopping Addictions

Online Shopping is a big problem of mine and I’ve learnt to deal with it with the help of a) and empty bank account.. and that’s really it. I have this sad need to online 'window' shop and depress myself, it really hurts but sometimes I get lucky and swindle mums card details ( with permission of coarse ;)) or I’ve just gotten paid and there’s still money in my account!

For those of you that also love to online 'window' shop here are some of my most frequently visited money traps:

www.nastygal.com - price varies and so does quality but still a goodie

www.urbanoutfitters.com - takes ages to ship because its from the U.S but really cool stuff on here, the actually store in England is great

Just bought a Fairground dress and peach lipstick from PrincessPolly, here it is.. I’m quite content with it!

They also sell the new MinkPink jumper I bought about a month ago which I love, it perfect for a casual night with leggings or a big night with heels.. here’s a few pictures because neither or the models really do it justice.

And to end my post, one of the worst contributors to my online addiction is eBay, just because you see someone is selling something cheap doesn’t mean that’s how much you will pay. I have this thought in my head that when something nice is up for $30 that I will get it for that much, but no other people also like to bid on low priced items.. and me being me..with my online addiction and need to win and all; I keep on bidding. So I end up paying like double or triple sometimes and that’s okay because it’s still a lot cheaper than RRP and its new, but then shipping kicks in and some assholes like to put their shipping at like $20 which is ridiculous (its actually pretty smart) if it’s just going interstate. So I have now bumped my shipping from the initial $4 (because I’m such a nice guy) to $12.50 (because I’m actually a smart asshole) Happy Days for me.. Anyway my point in bringing up eBay is you get some really good in season designer stuff for so cheap, its great! Most of you will have an account an already became an addict of the big bad website & conveniently now phone app, but for those of you who don’t..Get One!

Welcome

So as it would appear this is my first Blog! Don’t really know how to start this off but here we go anyway... Sleep has eluded me once again and it’s now 7:34am. Not sure how much longer ill last but hopefully my deliriousness brought on by sever lack of sleep will somewhat entertain you all..Not that anyone would realistically be reading this.

I’m going to tell you a little bit about myself... I’m 20 years old and just moved back home. Hate the city I live in and most importantly the people that live here and love escaping it through the wonderful world of media. Books and Movies are the best way to escape to a little bit of magic, unfortunately when their over its hard to tell what you should do with your life..Many of you will know exactly what I mean, like when you finish all the seasons of a TV show your super into...it sucks! I love fashion too, mostly just spending my money on ridiculously beautiful items of clothing that my shitty job doesn’t allow me to afford… And on that note I quit my job last week too, Happy Dayz! I love art too, drawing, painting, taking photos (well not so much taking photos but it’s sounded nice in a tri-fecta). I’m not that much of a creative cunt these days so I mostly draw pictures that I’ve seen somewhere or if I see a really talented drawing I try to replicate it (obviously my version brings me to the brink of suicide). Sometimes I don’t have much to say so I’ll probably be posting a lot of pictures that either mimic the way I’m feeling.. or that I just like AND sometimes I’ll just be super embarrassed if someone who knows me is reading my blog so I really should watch what I say.. Until my next post (probaly within the next hour)..
